Shipping & Dispatch Policy

We operate on a Dispatch Day model.

All orders are dispatched on designated Dispatch Days, announced in advance by The Mat Co. and scheduled in line with stock arrival.

Here's how it works: we pre-sell our products and hold all orders until stock clears customs, at which point everything is packed and shipped out together. This approach keeps our costs down — and means we can pass those savings directly on to you.

In an increasingly unpredictable global shipping climate, this model gives us the best chance of getting your order to you efficiently and affordably.

Please note: orders will not be dispatched until the advertised Dispatch Day. We appreciate your patience — it's what makes the whole thing work.
